Intoxicated or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated, and entry onto tours can be refused at any time.

Tour cancellations:

Cancellations with Happy Sips Wine Tours are accepted at any time when submitted in writing. If a cancellation is made more than 7 days before the tour date, a full refund will be issued, minus a $100 administration fee. For cancellations within 7 days of the tour date, a 50% refund is available. It’s important to note that reducing the number of participants does not affect the total cost of the tour. In cases where Happy Sips Wine Tours must cancel tours prior to departure due to circumstances beyond our control, customers will have the option to postpone, choose an alternative itinerary, or receive a full refund

Insurance:

We highly recommend that all travellers secure travel insurance for their journey with us. This recommendation is especially pertinent for those coming from overseas who might not be eligible for Australian healthcare services. Your travel insurance should ideally cover personal accidents, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and personal liability.

Our tours require that any participant under 18 years old at the time of the tour must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Additionally, it’s important to note that it is against the law for anyone under 18 to consume alcohol while on the tour.
